While the goal of the program is to stop buying junk food for binging, we don’t just cover food.

I take a holistic approach and take all the life aspects into consideration.

Before talking about food, you’ll explore the whys you have the urge to buy junk food and binge. You’ll see what’s too much and what’s missing in your life. It could be from relationships, career, social life, movements, spirituality and more.

Then we cover food. Not to restrict junk food, but to educate you to make fun and smart decisions so that you can be confident and enjoy grocery shopping, and even eating at 8 pm.

  • Find a root cause(s) of WHY you have the urge to eat and finish the full package of chips in the first place
  • Understand the limiting beliefs and create affirmations after reframing the beliefs that keep you stuck
  • Find out your burning desire of why you want to stay away from junk food so that you feel empowered to start making healthier choices without feeling deprived

Module 2: Smart Shopping

  • Learn when & how to shop to make a healthier choice without feeling restricted
  • Discover fun alternative options so that you'll love going shopping
  • Learn simple tips for reading the food label that you can easily remember

Module 3: Mindsets Shifting

  • Revisit the new belief systems created on Module 1 to make sure they're serving you and sustainable
  • Check-in with the new shopping habits/patterns and gain tools to confidently deal with new changes
  • Learn about essential nutrition for body and soul that doesn't come from plate and start adding them to nurture you needs so that you don't turn to food

Module 4: What to do with your freedom and time

  • Now you have a better relationship with food, you have less time to worry about food. This might scare you as you’ve used the time and energy for binging a lot. I’ll share a list of positive things you could be doing to serve you the best, and prompts to come up with your own so that you can truly enjoy your life!
