I’ve been there - every time I saw a big bag of my favorite chips on sale, I HAD TO buy and finish it on the same day.
Now, I’m happy to say that I overcame the challenge with clear and sustainable steps that work and I’m here to help you without starving yourself or asking you to have a stronger will.
I take a holistic approach and take all the life aspects into consideration.
Before talking about food, you’ll explore the whys you have the urge to buy junk food and binge. You’ll see what’s too much and what’s missing in your life. It could be from relationships, career, social life, movements, spirituality and more.
Then we cover food. Not to restrict junk food, but to educate you to make fun and smart decisions so that you can be confident and enjoy grocery shopping, and even eating at 8 pm.
